Release Date: November 11, 2004

TROY, Mich. – Delphi Corp. (NYSE: DPH), America's leading satellite radio manufacturer, today announced that the Delphi XM2go MyFi, the industry's first personal and portable satellite radio, has been named the 2005 "Best of Innovations"award in the portable audio category by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA). Now in its eighth year, the Best of Innovations Awards are given to the most highly honored products in all facets of the consumer technology industry.

Showcased at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show in Las Vegas last week, the handheld Delphi MyFi, with an integrated rechargeable battery, built-in antenna and wireless FM transmitter, gives users the personal freedom to enjoy XM Satellite Radio's Ultimate PlayList of more than 130 digital channels. MyFi's revolutionary technology makes it possible to experience XM Satellite Radio anywhere, anytime, effortlessly through a "live"listening mode or a time-shifting "My XM"mode which allows users to store up to five hours of XM's outstanding content with the press of a button, even when the unit is not in use.

"It is truly an honor to have MyFi recognized by the CEA as one of the Best innovations of 2005,"said Francisco (Frank) Ordonez, vice president, Delphi Corporation and president, Delphi Product & Service Solutions. "This award emphasizes Delphi's commitment to the consumer electronics industry and continues our tradition of audio industry firsts including everything from integrating a radio into the vehicle instrument panel in 1936 to the first portable satellite radio in 2002."

"To have three additional Delphi products acknowledged as 2005 Innovations Honorees, is quite an accomplishment,"said Joseph A. Damato, director consumer electronics, Delphi Product & Service Solutions. "MyFi is going to be a must have product for this holiday season. Together, with XM we continue our tradition of revolutionary industry firsts and award winning satellite radio breakthroughs."

In addition to the Delphi MyFi, the CEA also recognized three other Delphi products including SKYFi2, SKYFi Marine Kit and Roady2 Personal Audio System as 2005 Innovations Honorees. Delphi has sold more than 3 million satellite radio receivers including both OE and retail units. Delphi was the first company to integrate a radio into the dashboard in 1936, the first to bring satellite radio to the vehicle in 2001 and the first to bring a portable satellite radio boombox to the market in 2002. Delphi has a broad portfolio of products to answer a wide variety of information and entertainment needs. For more information about Delphi, visit http://www.delphi.com/media.
